Shipping UK (shipping our products within the UK). Delivery estimates are for Mainland UK, deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take 1-2 days longer.

 

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (with proof of delivery charged) at £4.95 for all orders under £10.00, delivery normally 1-5 working days from posting, all orders are shipped Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

 

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over £10 are applicable for free postage, shipping with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (with proof of delivery).  Delivery normally 1-5 working days from posting, all orders are shipped Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

 

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded is not a full tracked service, the tracking only shows if the item has been delivered or a delivery has been attempted.

 

We also offer priority shipping which is FULLY TRACKED with Royal Mail Special Delivery £9.95 (please note we do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday). If ordered on a Friday this does not guarantee a Saturday delivery. Please note that this service guarantees next day delivery once handed to Royal Mail and not from date of order being placed.

 

IMPORTANT: posting and delivery does not include Bank Holidays or Weekends (orders after 1.30pm on Friday will be shipped Monday excluding Bank Holidays).

 

You will be auto emailed with a Royal Mail reference number where you’ll be able to check on your parcels delivery status on the Royal Mail website. Please note these emails sometimes go into junk/spam mail if the email goes there please mark as not junk.

 

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE HAVING YOUR ORDER SENT TO A HOTEL OR A BUILDING WITH A CONCIERGE / LOBBY / RECEPTION SERVICE WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY ONCE IT IS HANDED OVER.

 

IMPORTANT - Please check the tracking after a few days of posting if you have not received your order as Royal Mail don’t always leave a while you were out card, orders returned to us and re-posted will be subject to a £6.95 re-shipping fee. 

 

Wrongly addressed orders which are returned will be subject to the following charges; re-posted will be subject to a £7.95 re-shipping fee. If you opt for a refund instead of re-shipping you will be charged a restocking and refund processing fee of £9.95.  We are not liable to keep tracking your order for you.  Please get in touch within 10 days of not receiving your order, requests after this period will not be liable for refunds.

 

International  – shipping our products to the rest of the world

 

Royal Mail International Signed For with proof of delivery for £9.95, delivery normally 3-7 working days from posting, all orders are shipped Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

 

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over £45 are applicable for free postage, shipping with Royal Mail International Signed For with proof of delivery.  Delivery normally 3-7 working days from posting, all orders are shipped Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

 

Both Options 1 & 2 are not a full tracked service, the tracking only shows if the item has been delivered or a delivery has been attempted.

 

* We cannot guarantee these delivery times as we have no control over the postal companies involved. Nor can we be held liable for any losses or charges due to Customs Regulations in your home country.
